Winter sports fans of all age groups and standards get to enjoy superb views to the surrounding mountains in the Hohe Tauern National Park here, as well as wide, challenging pistes – ideal for families and performance-oriented skiers alike. Children are in great hands in the baby area and in the children's ski schools. The convenient summit lift takes guests comfortably and quickly up to 2175 metres. Cosy lodges and bars in the Rauris ski area tempt you in to enjoy a refreshment stop and some après-ski. The Kreuzboden chairlift operates twice a week in the evening. So toboggan fans get to speed down into the valley on the floodlit toboggan run. Rauris Valley is conveniently accessible from Munich via the A8 motorway and from Salzburg via the Tauern Autobahn.
