Accessibility Statement
SuperSkiCard
The Schmittenhöhebahn AG / section SuperSkiCard is commited to making its Websites accessible in accordance with the Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz (WZG BGBl. I. Nr. 59/2019 idgF).
This accessibility statement applies to the website:
www.superskicard.com
Status of conformity with the requirements
The website mentioned including online ticket-shop and voucher shop are partially compliant with the requirements of conformance level A and AA of the ‘Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1’ and with the applicable European standard in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
The following measures were implemented to determine accessibility
The website was comprehensively revised in spring 2025 to meet current requirements for digital accessibility. Our goal is to provide unrestricted access to our content for all users – regardless of technical or physical conditions.
As part of the redesign, the following measures were successfully implemented:
• Clear page structure and layout: Content is organized using semantically correct HTML headings and follows a logical order – even when Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) are disabled.
• Keyboard accessibility: The website is fully navigable using a keyboard. Focus indicators are visible, and interactive elements are clearly identifiable.
• Consistent navigation: The main navigation, link structures and menus are designed uniformly and complemented by features such as a search function.
• Contrast and readability: Text content and interactive elements meet sufficient color contrast standards; font sizes are adjustable and easy to read.
• Responsive design: Content remains fully accessible when zoomed in (up to 200%) and on smaller screens (from 320 px upwards).
• Form usability: Input fields are properly labeled, error messages are clearly presented, and users receive confirmation after successful interaction.
• Alternative content: Images are partially provided with alternative text; embedded videos can be controlled by the user.
• Language specifications: The page language is correctly defined, and any language changes within the content are properly marked.
The voucher shop is largely compliant with Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
The template was reviewed against the relevant AA-level criteria using both automated tools (such as Axe Core) and screen readers.
Non-accessible content
a) Incompatibility with accessibility regulations and disproportionate burden:
• We endeavour to use comprehensible language.
• Nearly all pictures contain alternative texts. If a description is missing, please let us know.
• PDF files are not yet fully accessible. We can provide alternative formats on request.
• Content from third-party providers – such as interactive maps or complex widgets – cannot currently be guaranteed to be completely accessible.
• Live webcam content is not technically accessible due to its real-time transmission.
Ongoing development
We are continuously working to reduce existing barriers – particularly in the areas of PDFs, images, and interactive content. Regular technical audits and user testing are integral parts of our improvement process.
