SuperSkiCard raffles

Organiser
The organiser of the raffle is the SuperSkiCard (Schmittenhöhebahn AG / SuperSkiCard section, head office: Salzachtal Bundesstraße 7, 5700 Zell am See, Salzburg, Austria).

Data protection
The participant consents to the organiser's collection of all necessary data (first name, surname, email address) required for the implementation and processing of the raffle and to the storage of this data until the end of the raffle. The data will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties. After the raffle has ended, all data will be deleted. The winners may be named and presented with a picture on Instagram.

Raffle period
14.02.2026 to 18.02.2026. During this period, a giveaway to celebrate Valentine's Day will be launched on Instagram via post and story. The respective duration will be announced in the post. Unique prizes will be raffled off in each giveaway round. Changes to individual giveaway rounds are possible and will be explicitly communicated.

Prizes
As part of the giveaway, two SuperSkiCard 2-day ski passes, valid for the 2025/26 season, as well as an early cable car ride for two people in one of the listed SuperSkiCard regions will be raffled off (see list below). The winner will receive an overview of possible events or special cable car rides offered by the respective cable car companies and may voluntarily choose one of these options; this choice must be communicated to the SuperSkiCard team as soon as possible. All prizes can be redeemed exclusively during the 2025/26 season.

Drawing of the winner
Unless otherwise stated in the raffle, the winners will be drawn randomly by the SuperSkiCard organisers. The winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and will have 48 hours to contact the organiser. The above-mentioned data is subject to the data protection law. Legal recourse is excluded. Cash reimbursement of the prizes is not possible.

Participation
Participation in the giveaway takes place, depending on the specific giveaway round, by following to the Instagram accounts @superskicard and @salzburgerland, liking the respective giveaway post, and commenting with one of the SuperSkiCard ski regions mentioned in the giveaway post. Only one entry per person or Instagram account is permitted. The entry deadline for each giveaway round is 11:59 p.m. on the date stated in the post. SuperSkiCard reserves the right to exclude unreliable or abusive entries from the giveaway. Participation is restricted to persons aged 18 and over. Employees of SuperSkiCard as well as their family and household members, authorized representatives, legal successors, and agents of SuperSkiCard are excluded from participation. Also excluded are all advertising agencies involved with SuperSkiCard and their respective family and household members.
