SuperSkiCard raffles

Organiser
The organiser of the raffle is the SuperSkiCard (Schmittenhöhebahn AG / SuperSkiCard section, head office: Salzachtal Bundesstraße 7, 5700 Zell am See, Salzburg, Austria).

Data protection
The participant consents to the organiser's collection of all necessary data (first name, surname, email address) required for the implementation and processing of the raffle and to the storage of this data until the end of the raffle. The data will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties. After the raffle has ended, all data will be deleted. The winners may be named and presented with a picture on Instagram.

Raffle period
26.11.2025 to 08.12.2025. During this period, a giveaway to celebrate the start of the winter season will be launched on Instagram via post and story. The respective duration will be announced in the post. High-quality prizes will be raffled off in each giveaway round. Changes to individual giveaway rounds are possible and will be explicitly communicated.

Prizes
The giveaway includes a SuperSkiCard 10-day flexible ticket, two day tickets for the SPA water and sauna world at TAUERN SPA, and a pair of Atomic Hawx Prime 130 BOA ski boots including boot fitting from Bründl Sports. The 10-day flexible ticket will be issued as a voucher and can be redeemed within two years at the ticket offices of the SuperSkiCard regions. The Atomic ski boots must be collected at the Bründl Sports flagship store in Kaprun. The two TAUERN SPA day tickets will be sent as vouchers and are also valid for two years.

Drawing of the winner
Unless otherwise stated in the raffle, the winners will be drawn randomly by the SuperSkiCard organisers. The winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and will have 48 hours to contact the organiser. The above-mentioned data is subject to the data protection law. Legal recourse is excluded. Cash reimbursement of the prizes is not possible.

Participation
Participation in the giveaway takes place, depending on the specific giveaway round, by subscribing to the Instagram account @superskicard, liking the respective giveaway post, and sending a screenshot via direct message. The screenshot must show the desired prize appearing three times on the slot machine. Only one entry per person or Instagram account is permitted. The entry deadline for each giveaway round is 11:59 p.m. on the date stated in the post. SuperSkiCard reserves the right to exclude unreliable or abusive entries from the giveaway. Participation is restricted to persons aged 18 and over. Employees of SuperSkiCard as well as their family and household members, authorized representatives, legal successors, and agents of SuperSkiCard are excluded from participation. Also excluded are all advertising agencies involved with SuperSkiCard and their respective family and household members.
