2G-rules

Current regulations for access to ski areas

Currently there is no legally prescribed 3G rule for the access to ski areas in Austria.

From November 15, 2021 all guests entering the ski area will have to carry valid 2G proof in accordance with the current regulations. The checking or linking of the lift passes and proof is done either online (portal currently still being developed) or on site at the lift ticket offices or lift access points.
Children up to the age of 12 currently do not have to provide proof of 2G.

If you bought your SuperSkiCard before November 15th, you have the option of linking the ticket to the 2G certificate.

  • The cashier links the ticket/pass number with the 2G proof
  • Link the pass to the 2G proof online - enter ticket number and scan QR code (green passport)

Important note: These tools are currently developed. It will be integrated into the POS system or be available online as soon as possible.
